Welcome to Defense Against the Dark Arts Class. Well let's get straight to our first lesson. You will have a while to complete the first lesson, so please take your time and send it to me by Personal message. Our first lesson will be about Boggarts. A boggart is a shape-shifter. It takes the form of whatever the person it's facing's worst fear is. My boggart takes the form of a giant snake. Nobody knows what a boggart looks like when alone. Boggarts like to hide in dark enclosed places such as drawers, closets, and cupboards. To get rid of a boggart you use a simple spell. Please practice this spell by thinking of a way to make your fear funny. I could perhaps think that the snake was just a jack in the box. Now say clearly "Riddikulus". When used properly your boggart will transform into what you thought of. Very good. Now this was a short lesson so here is your homework. HOMEWORK: Please tell me what form your boggart takes and practice the spell. Tell me how many time it took you and what you transformed it into to make it funny. That will be all, you are dismissed.
